Clinical Work
Dr. Kim is a member of the UBC Division of General Internal Medicine, with a mixed inpatient and outpatient clinical practice primarily based at Vancouver General Hospital (VGH). In his outpatient clinic, he has a dedicated interest in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions among patients living with cancer.
Dr. Kim also practices inpatient medicine at Providence Health Care (St. Paul’s Hospital and Mount Saint Joseph Hospital).
Training
Dr. Kim received his Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in 2014 at the University of Toronto. He then received his medical degree (MD) from the University of Toronto in 2018. He subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency (2021) and General Internal Medicine fellowship (2023) at the University of British Columbia. He is currently completing a Master of Health Professions Education through Maastricht University.
